What this app does

Helm Connect is the link between your Shopify store and your own dedicated order-management instance. Once installed, each new or updated order is delivered straight to your instance, where orders are booked with courier companies, parcels are tracked, and cash-on-delivery payments are reconciled against courier settlements. The app itself only makes that connection: it stores an encrypted access token and passes order notifications through without keeping them. There is nothing to configure in the app — your instance is set up for you.
